The Institute for Economic Promotion of Talavera

The Institute for Economic Promotion of Talavera (IPETA) has been fostering economic activity in Talavera de la Reina and its surrounding area since 1993. It is an Autonomous Office that depends on Talavera’s Town Hall administration, specializing in business support services, lending expert assistance and advice. It promotes employment and training, mainly aimed to support Talavera’s business fabric and to strengthen its development — the growth of our businesses and the introduction of new ones.

Training courses, job counseling and job offers by partner companies are specially aimed to those unemployed.

FOR THE HIRING OF UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE AND PEOPLE IN A SITUATION OF SOCIAL EXCLUSION IN TALAVERA DE LA REINA.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Recruitment of 1 Supervisor, 2 Social Educators, 1 Coordinator, 1 Administrative Assistant, and 1 Advanced IT Technician to coordinate, organize, direct, oversee, and monitor projects submitted by the Talavera de la Reina City Council that do not include prior training.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Recruitment of 1 Supervisor, 1 Social Worker, 1 Coordinator, 1 Administrative Assistant, and 1 Advanced IT Technician to coordinate, organize, direct, oversee, and monitor projects submitted by the Talavera de la Reina City Council that do not include prior training.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Hiring of 1 Occupational Risk Prevention Technician, 1 Administrative Assistant, 5 Masonry Technicians, 5 Painting Technicians, 5 Carpentry Technicians, and 4 Gardening Technicians.

To achieve the purpose of this project, several areas require coordinated work so that the necessary actions achieve optimal results in terms of achieving the established objectives. This team will be responsible for organizing the construction staff and establishing material requirements, as well as monitoring the project, which must be reflected in all areas of the city.

Project description: Hiring of 1 Occupational Risk Prevention Technician, 1 Administrative Assistant, 4 Masonry Technicians, 4 Painting Technicians, 2 Carpentry Technicians, and 2 Gardening Technicians.

To achieve the purpose of this project, several areas require coordinated work so that the necessary actions achieve optimal results in terms of achieving the established objectives. This team will be responsible for organizing the construction staff and establishing material requirements, as well as monitoring the project, which must be reflected in all areas of the city.

The objective of this project is to hire 40 Basic Service Operators-Assistants to improve the appearance of the city, carrying out waste removal actions on both public roads and street furniture, as well as maintaining spaces and furniture in a state of public use.

To this end, the necessary work teams will be formed, each headed by an official, who will carry out the actions that will allow them to gain the necessary experience while bringing about a visible change throughout the city.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The objective of this project is to hire 40 Basic Service Operators-Assistants to improve the city’s appearance, carrying out waste removal actions on both public roads and street furniture, as well as maintaining spaces and furniture in a state of public use.

To this end, the necessary work teams have been formed, each headed by an officer. They will carry out the actions that will allow them to acquire the necessary experience while bringing about a visible change throughout the city.

As part of this project, a selection of participants have previously received training related to basic communication operations, with a minimum of 120 hours and a maximum of 300 hours.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The objective of this project is to hire 37 Basic Service Operators-Assistants. Based on this, we propose an improvement project with restoration interventions that will primarily involve painting, disinfection, masonry, and carpentry work. Coordinated work is required to ensure the necessary actions achieve optimal results in achieving the established objectives.

To this end, the necessary work teams have been formed, each headed by an official. These teams will carry out the actions that will allow them to gain the necessary experience while also bringing about a visible change in the industrial areas throughout the city.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The objective of this project is to hire 25 Basic Service Operators-Assistants. Based on this, we propose an improvement project with restoration interventions that will primarily involve painting, disinfection, masonry, and carpentry work. Coordinated work is required to ensure that the necessary actions achieve optimal results in achieving the established objectives.

To this end, the necessary work teams have been formed, each led by an official. These teams will carry out the actions that will allow them to acquire the necessary experience while also bringing about a visible change in industrial areas throughout the city.

As part of this project, a selection of participants have previously received training related to basic communication operations, with a minimum of 120 hours and a maximum of 300 hours.

The objective of this project is to hire 30 Basic Service Operators-Assistants. Based on this, a project is proposed to restore municipal buildings and spaces, with interventions that will involve painting, disinfection, masonry, and carpentry.

In turn, this transformation must be reflected in all municipal buildings and spaces, making the city more attractive.

To this end, the necessary work teams have been formed, each headed by an official. They will carry out the actions that will allow them to acquire the necessary experience while also bringing about a visible change in municipal buildings and spaces throughout the city.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The objective of this project is to hire 10 Basic Service Operators-Assistants. Based on this, a project is proposed to restore municipal buildings and spaces, with interventions that will involve painting, disinfection, masonry, and carpentry.

This transformation must also be reflected in all municipal buildings and spaces, making the city more attractive.

To this end, the necessary work teams have been formed, each headed by an official. These teams will carry out the actions that will allow them to acquire the necessary experience while also bringing about a visible change in municipal buildings and spaces throughout the city.

As part of this project, a selection of participants have previously received training related to basic communication operations, with a minimum of 120 hours and a maximum of 300 hours.

To achieve the purpose of this project, 7 Administrative Assistants and 1 Advanced IT Technician have been hired to perform the following duties:

1. Classification of the Municipal Documentary Archive Collection.
2. Digitization of properly classified documentation.

A project is being proposed for the processing of municipal documentation to enable its retrieval and processing through digital means, as well as the future availability of said collections.

La Agenda 2030 es una iniciativa de Naciones Unidas en la cual 193 países incluido España, apuestan por un futuro sostenible en el que nadie se quede atrás.

Se trata de un compromiso que plantea con 17 objetivos claves de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), una apuesta tangible y hoja de ruta que para el mundo entero pueda conseguir en el año 2030 la igualdad entre las personas, proteger el planeta y asegurar la prosperidad; en líneas generales, un nuevo contrato social global que no deje a nadie atrás.

Se trata de un esfuerzo sin precedentes en el que todos y todas podemos aportar, desde gobiernos y sectores privados, hasta personas naturales y sociedad civil. A cumplir con los objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible se suma el Gobierno de España desde su génesis, planteando así, un mapa de acción al cual ha respondido Talavera de la reina desde diversos proyectos que adelanta su administración.

Los objetivos de la Agenda 2030 engloban 169 metas recogidas en estos 17 objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, expuestas también el el proyecto Alianza por el Desarrollo Sostenible presentado por el Ayuntamiento de Talavera.

La Alcaldesa de Talavera de la Reina, Tita García Élez, ha asumido el reto de ejercer como Presidenta de FEMP CLM desde el pasado Septiembre de 2019, cargo que asume como un logro de toda Talavera y que suma una fuerte cuota para que el municipalismo tenga las soluciones que necesita para enfrentar sus desafíos y retos.

El programa Ciudades Amigas de la Infancia de UNICEF junto con sus aliados, (Ministerio de Sanidad, Consumo y Bienestar Social, la Federación Española de Municipios y Provincias y el IUNDIA)

Es una distinción que conceden estos organismos a los ayuntamientos de las ciudades que tengan en cuenta las necesidades y los derechos de los niños y niñas en la toma de decisiones y en la implementación de sus políticas.
